Kathy Schafer

Kathy Schafer began their work experience as a Loan Officer at Bank of America in 1993 and transitioned to Farm Bureau Bank in 1998, where they held various roles including Assistant Compliance Officer, BSA Officer, CRA Officer, and eventually Vice President of Compliance. Kathy has been with Farm Bureau Bank since 1998, managing and overseeing compliance responsibilities.

Kathy Schafer attended Campolindo High School from 1983 to 1986. Kathy then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel and Textile Marketing Management and Textile and Clothing from the University of California, Davis from 1986 to 1990. Kathy also holds certifications as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) from the American Bankers Association and ABA Institute of Certified Bankers.
