Carol Barry possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Casualty Claim Representative at Farm Bureau Financial Services since August 2022. Prior to this role, Barry worked at Repwest Insurance Company as a Claims Adjuster III from August 2015 to July 2021 and held the position of Senior Claims Specialist for Auto Complex Injury/Litigation at State Farm from June 2004 to April 2015, specializing in high-value bodily injury claims. Barry began the insurance career at Progressive Insurance as an Auto Claim Representative from May 2002 to June 2004, focusing on claim investigation and fault determination. In addition to insurance expertise, Barry has a background in corrections from a role as a Correctional Officer at Lancaster County Correction between May 2002 and May 2003.
