Erica Haakenson

Erica Haakenson is a seasoned credit specialist at the Farm Credit Administration since May 2021, previously serving in multiple roles at AgriBank from May 2016 to May 2021, including manager of enterprise risk management and senior enterprise risk analyst. Before that, Erica worked as a commissioned examiner at the Farm Credit Administration from June 2009 to May 2016, focusing on the evaluation of financial operations and compliance within the Farm Credit System. Earlier experience includes an internship as a policy services specialist at The Hartford and a role as a certified nursing assistant at L.O. Simenstad Nursing Care Center, where assistance was provided to residents in daily living activities. Erica holds an MBA in Finance from Colorado State University and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
