Heather Yarbrough, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Lead Administrative/Program Support for the Office of Examination-Staff Development Division at the Farm Credit Administration, beginning in October 2022. Prior to this role, Heather held various senior human resources positions at Marketplace Chaplains from 2010 to June 2022, including Chief Human Resource Officer, where responsibilities included developing and executing HR strategies, managing operations, and overseeing talent management. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Human Resources at Scarborough Renaissance Festival, and marketing and sales consultant positions within the Beauty Management Group and the State Fair of Texas. Heather's early career included managing high-profile marketing events for MINYARD FOOD STORES INC. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, Public Relations, and Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington.
