Nanci Tucker

Nanci Tucker has over 20 years of experience in various legal and administrative roles. Nanci most recently served as the EVP Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at Farm Credit Bank of Texas. Prior to that, they held the position of SVP Corporate Affairs, General Counsel at the same company. Before joining Farm Credit Bank of Texas, Tucker worked as the EVP, Chief Legal, Compliance and Ethics Officer at Trellis Company, managing legal matters related to a federal student loan portfolio. Nanci also has experience as the VP, General Counsel, US Financial Services Division at EZCORP, where they led legal and compliance teams for a division specializing in consumer loans. Tucker has a background in banking and IT solutions, having served as the US Division General Counsel at Wincor Nixdorf, where they negotiated contracts and managed legal matters for first-tier banks. Nanci also worked as a Compliance Officer at Fifth Third Bank and as the Guaranty Bank, VP & Associate General Counsel at Temple-Inland, providing legal support for mortgage originations and serving as Corporate Secretary.

Nanci Tucker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder. Nanci also has a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Houston Law Center. In terms of certifications, they are a licensed attorney in Texas (active) and Colorado (inactive).
