Gillian Henry

Gillian Henry, ISSP-SEA, FSA, currently serves as Manager of ESG Enablement at FCC/FAC since August 2024. Previously, Gillian held the position of Senior Advisor for ESG Growth Advisory at Export Development Canada from July 2023 to January 2024 and was an ESG Advisor and Board Member at the Global Cannabis Partnership from August 2022 to August 2023. Key experiences include a tenure as Global Director of ESG and Corporate Impact at Canopy Growth Corporation, where Gillian developed sustainability and social impact strategies, managed ESG disclosures, and addressed social justice initiatives. Gillian’s expertise encompasses management consulting, corporate governance, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning, supported by a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Literature from the University of Guelph.
