Priyabrata Roy

Priyabrata Roy has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Priyabrata started their career at Cognizant in 2000 as a Principal Consultant in CRM, gaining expertise in various technical roles. Priyabrata then moved on to become the Portfolio Delivery Head, Banking & Financial Services for the UK & NAM region, where they successfully managed multiple clients and led a team of over 120 resources. During their time at Cognizant, they were also selected as the NAM Head of BFS - BPM & Integration Practice, overseeing the banking and financial services business process management and integration portfolio for North America. In this role, they played a key role in business growth and was part of the elite Strategy group for BPM practice. In 2018, they joined Synechron as the Director, Global Client Partner, responsible for championing the global delivery portfolio and providing strategic direction and leadership to a team of client engagement managers. Under their leadership, the global delivery portfolio grew significantly, reaching $25 million per annum. Overall, Priyabrata Roy has demonstrated strong leadership, client relationship management, and business growth skills throughout their career.

Priyabrata Roy holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University College of Science & Technology, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from APC College between 1995 and 1998. Priyabrata'ssecondary and higher secondary education was obtained from MGM High School from 1988 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including "Leading with Fearless Mindfulness" from LinkedIn in 2022 and "PRPC Certified System Architect" from Pegasystems in 2010.
