Jay McWatters

Jay McWatters is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in both public accounting and academia. Currently serving as a Board member and Audit Committee Chair at Farm Credit East, ACA since January 2021, McWatters has held significant roles in higher education as the Executive Accountant-In Residence at Canisius University from August 2019 to May 2024. Prior to this, McWatters was a Partner at Dopkins & Company, LLP from October 2003 to August 2019 and at KPMG LLP from August 1980 to September 2003. McWatters holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Scranton.
