Tony Trunzo

Tony Trunzo is an experienced financial executive and mentor with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Mentor at Russell Reynolds Associates since April 2025, Trunzo is dedicated to guiding new Chief Financial Officers in their career development. Additionally, Trunzo holds positions as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Spectrum Control since July 2019 and as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee at The Freshwater Trust since March 2011. Previously, Trunzo was the Executive Vice President and CFO at Resideo, where responsibilities included managing finance and strategic planning for a $6+ billion company. Trunzo's career also includes serving as Managing Director at Gryphon Investors, independent consulting for private equity firms, and executive roles at FEI Company and FLIR Systems, where significant growth and operational improvements were achieved. Trunzo's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from The Catholic University of America.
