Daniel Narcisse

Daniel Narcisse has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and software testing. Daniel is currently working as a Software QA Consultant, starting in 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Farm Credit Financial Partners, Inc. starting in 2017. In this role as Head of QACoE, they successfully set up and managed the Quality Assurance Center of Excellence department, leading a team of engineers and testers. Before joining Farm Credit Financial Partners, Inc., Daniel worked at Staples Inc. from 2006 to 2017. Daniel held various roles including Sr.QM Lead, Sr.QA Engineer, and QA Engineer during this time. In these positions, they demonstrated strong leadership and adaptability skills, successfully managing large-scale projects and delivering high-quality results.

Daniel Narcisse earned an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Mount Wachusett Community College, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Daniel continued their education at Fitchburg State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from 2003 to 2005.
