Emily Gartner

Emily Gartner is currently the Learning and Development Program Director at Farm Credit Illinois where Emily develops, executes, maintains, and evaluates talent development, career development, and training programs. Emily also holds the title of Talent Development Director, overseeing a tiered leadership program and providing consulting and coaching to team members. Prior to their current role, Emily worked as a Visiting Program Coordinator at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and as a Program Specialist at USDA. Emily also has experience as a 4-H Youth Development Agent at Kansas State University. Emily holds a Master's degree in Agricultural Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
