Carrie Bauer

Carrie Bauer is an accomplished legal and records management professional with extensive experience in the financial services and legal sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Records Management at Farm Credit Mid-America since July 2022, Carrie previously held positions as General Counsel at Kentucky Venues, where significant economic impacts were achieved through the management of major convention facilities. With prior roles including Partner at Adams Law Group and Associate Attorney at Morgan & Pottinger, Carrie has a strong background in commercial lending, real estate transactions, and business law. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Centre College.
