Caitlyn Isenberg

Caitlyn Isenberg has diverse experience in security, firearms instruction, and management. Currently serving as an Instructor and Assistant Director of Records Management at Inter-Con Security, Caitlyn contributes expertise as a Firearms and DCJS Instructor. As the CEO of ICE Strategies, LLC since April 2020, Caitlyn also held roles as a Firearms Instructor and Range Operations Trainer at XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness and previously worked in various positions within the United States Marine Corps, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, ELITE SHOOTING SPORTS LLC, and the Prince William County Police Department. Earlier career roles include management positions in retail, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Law and Society from George Mason University, completed in December 2017.
