Karl Steutermann

Karl Steutermann is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in process improvement and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Farm Credit Mid-America since February 2020, Karl previously held the same title at Baptist Health System KY & IN from January 2018 to January 2020. With a background as a Process Consultant and Project Manager at Humana Inc. from August 2013 to January 2018, Karl facilitated the implementation of Medicaid expansion and drove the development of web portals. Karl's earlier roles include Project Manager at Humana Corp. where project management and process improvement skills were honed, and several engineering positions including Reliability Engineer at Dow Corning and Engineer at Atlas Machine and Supply. Academic credentials include an MBA and two degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
