Lindsey McCray, MBA, currently serves as the Rural 1st Senior Product Manager at Farm Credit Mid-America, where responsibilities include driving communication with stakeholders, eliciting requirements for internal software, and defining essential project elements using agile methodologies. Previous experience at Humana entailed leading development teams to create a secure portal for the Go365 wellness program, managing digital projects as a Digital Project Manager, and undertaking an MBA internship in agile program management. Early career roles included marketing tasks at Lawton Insurance and promotional support at Cumulus Media. Lindsey holds an MBA from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor's degree in Social Media Marketing from Western Kentucky University, complemented by a minor in Broadcast Journalism and an international business study abroad program in Spain.
