Doug Burns has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Related Services at Farm Credit Services of America since January 2003, where leadership of the crop insurance sales and service team in central Iowa is primary responsibility. Doug is also part of the Central Iowa Leadership team, engaging in strategic planning, employee development, marketing, and budgeting for the region. Prior to this role, Doug held various positions at IGF Insurance, including Regional Vice President of Marketing and roles in operations and field positions from January 1988 to January 2003. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business from the University of North Dakota, earned between 1983 and 1987.
