Melena Dascoulias

Melena Dascoulias is the Director of Human Resources at FarmaceuticalRX. Melena has over five years of experience in human resources and has been with FarmaceuticalRX for two years and two months. Prior to their current position, they were the Human Resources Manager at Brentwood Originals for one year and one month. Before that, they were the HR Generalist/Lead H&S Auditor at Magna International for three years and five months.

Dascoulias is responsible for the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices. Melena also administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; recognition and morale; disputes and investigations; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Additionally, they recruit, interviews, and hires new staff in all departments, manages all areas of Worker's Compensation, and screens, interviews, and hires exempt and non-exempt employees.

Dascoulias has a bachelor's degree in human resources from XYZ University.

Melena Dascoulias studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Youngstown State University from 2009 until 2014. During their time at university they were involved with the National Society of Human Resource Management - WRC Chapter. In addition to their degree, Melena is also certified by OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
