Elaine Barnett

Elaine Barnett has a wealth of work experience in the beauty industry. In 2021, they began working as the Senior Global Education Manager and Education Development Manager at Farmacy Beauty. From 2017 to 2021, they held the role of Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Beauty Barrage, where they developed and deployed multi-channel education tools for 30+ beauty, wellness and personal care brands in Prestige and Mass retail within the United States and Canada. Elaine also managed over 200 Brand Ambassadors, delivered high-impact coaching, and traveled nationally to facilitate corporate-level, in-person trainings. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Content Writer at The Everygirl, a Makeup Artist at Entertainment Plus Productions, a Client Experience Leader & Product Consultant at SEPHORA, a Freelance Makeup Artist & Hair Stylist at Elaine Barnett Artistry, and a Makeup Artist at beGlammed.
