Jeanne Villeneuve-Massé has worked in a variety of customer experience roles since 2013. Jeanne began their career at Épices De Cru/Spice Trekkers as a Lead Sales Associate in 2013. In 2018, they joined Casper as a CX - Delivery Logistics and CX - French Canada. In 2020, they began working at Farmacy Beauty as an Ecommerce CX Lead & Operations and CX Lead & Operations.
Jeanne Villeneuve-Massé studied at Cégep Garneau from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a DEC in Arts and Letters. Jeanne then attended CFP Lachine from 2012 to 2013, where they earned a Diploma of Vocational Studies in Photography. Finally, they attended Université de Montréal from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Arts and Sciences.
