Renata Farias

Renata Farias has extensive work experience in various roles within the HR field. Renata began their career as a Recrutadora at Renata Farias Carreira e Desenvolvimento and later worked as a Recrutadora at Nestle Fast Broker, Casa de Saúde Santa Maria, entre outros. Renata then took on the role of Head Hunter at Gentse and FarmaUSA. Renata also worked as a Consultora em Cultura e Ambiente at TOTVS and as a Consultora na Área de Gente at Agência Maior, where they conducted leadership training and developed the company's culture and environment. Additionally, they served as a Staff Trainer at ACJ Condominios, providing motivational speeches and various training programs for leadership. Renata also worked as a Business Partner em RH and Consultora em Estruturação de RH at Vivo Cronológica and as a Human Capital Business Partner at Morada Bar.

Renata Farias has had a diverse education history. In the field of coaching, they obtained a Coach certification from Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching. Renata further specialized in career and professional coaching through the same institution.
