Tom Bauer

Tom Bauer is an experienced professional in sales and operations, currently serving as the Head of DSD and Vice President of DSD Sales Operations at Farmer Brothers since January 2023. Previously, Tom held the position of Vice President of Global Sales & Operations at Emerald Brand from February 2020 to January 2023. Prior to that, Tom worked at DS Services as Senior Director of Sales & Operations from May 2013 to February 2020. Tom's career began at Standard Coffee, where Tom served as Senior Director of Operations & Sales from March 1999 to February 2013. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado.
