Kyle Weaver

Director, Institutional Business Development at Farmer Mac

Kyle Weaver is the Director of Institutional Business Development at Farmer Mac. Kyle has over ten years of experience in the banking and finance industry.

Weaver began their career as a Lead Relationship Manager at CoBank in February 2010. In this role, they were responsible for managing a portfolio of investment grade and leveraged customers totaling $1.3 billion. In just 30 months, Weaver quadrupled the funded balance of their portfolio. In their first 18 months with the company, they generated 20% of the bank's total loan growth and 40% of the agribusiness portfolio's loan growth. This resulted in incremental annual interest income of $16 million and fee income exceeding $10 million.

In October 2015, Weaver transitioned to JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they took on the role of Western Team Lead for the Food & Ag Team. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of bankers that provided financing solutions to food and agribusiness clients across the western United States. Kyle remained in this role for five years before joining Farmer Mac in June 2020.

Kyle Weaver received a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Org. Change, and Theirtory from Northwestern University. Kyle then went on to earn an MBA in Accounting from DePaul University.
