Mark Samuels

Mark Samuels is currently the Director of Innovation & Technology at the City of Farmers Branch where Mark oversees all information technology functions. Previously, Samuels worked as a Director at Denton County Fresh Water Supply District 1-D and held roles at Delta Solutions, Inc, City of Garland, ACS, a Xerox Company, City of Plano, and City of McKinney. Samuels holds a BS in Business-IT Management from Western Governors University and has participated in executive programs at Gartner and Bellevue University.
