Jennifer Nead Shumate

Jennifer Nead Shumate has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2021, they worked as the Manager of Supply Chain Execution at Farmer's Business Network, Inc. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2021, they were employed at Catalina USA, where they held various positions including Supervisor of Global Procurement, Blue Ribbon Committee Team Lead, Buyer, and Account Manager - Operations.

From 2014 to 2017, Jennifer worked at GMR Marketing, starting as a Coordinator in Event Logistics & Supply Chain and progressing to Executive and Supervisor roles in the same field.

Before their time at GMR Marketing, they worked as the Return Logistics Supervisor at ETE REMAN in 2013. In 2012, they worked as the First Mate at Floridays, and in 2011, they were a Front Desk Agent at Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes roles as a Personal Banker at BMO Harris Bank, Assistant Manager at Rum Bar Pub & Grill, Bakery Manager, and Manager of Customer Service at Roundy's Supermarkets, Inc.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has gained valuable experience in supply chain management, procurement, event logistics, customer service, and leadership.

Jennifer Nead Shumate has a high school diploma in General Studies from Pewaukee Highschool. Jennifer also studied Business/Commerce, General at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) and Supply Management (CPSM) from the Institute for Supply Management in 2018 and 2019 respectively.
