Jim Campbell

Jim Campbell has over 20 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management. Jim is currently serving as the Vice President of Environment, Health and Safety at Farmer's Business Network, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for developing strategy and leading a global EHS team to ensure readiness for future growth and a successful public offering. Jim also establishes and reports EHS metrics to senior management, and manages a diverse EHS team supporting various locations.

Prior to their current position, Jim worked at BASF for over 13 years. Jim held various roles, including Regional Manager of Environmental, Health and Safety Communications, Global Head of Environmental, Health and Safety for BASF Bioscience Research, and Senior Environmental, Health and Safety Manager for BASF Agricultural Solutions. During their time at BASF, they collaborated on award-winning programs, directed strategic campaigns that significantly improved safety incident rates, and streamlined processes to achieve cost reductions.

Before joining BASF, Jim worked at Trimeris, Inc. as the Manager of Environmental, Health and Safety. Jim successfully managed the company's EHS program, achieving zero recordable and lost time injuries over a four-year period. Jim was also responsible for managing the EHS, facilities, and shipping departments.

Jim began their career at Environmental Resource Center as a Senior Consultant, where they directed the hazardous waste regulatory compliance division and designed and conducted on-site training programs for customers. Prior to that, they worked at Booz Allen and Hamilton as an Information Specialist, specializing in solid and hazardous waste regulations and participating in team proposals for EPA projects.

Overall, Jim Campbell has a strong background in EHS management, with experience in strategic leadership, regulation compliance, program development, and team management.
