Pepo Peschiera

Managing Director, Equity Investments at Farmer's Business Network

Pepo Peschiera has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Pepo'smost recent position is as the Managing Director of Equity Investments at Farmer's Business Network, Inc., which they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Frontier Farmland, a company acquired by FBN, starting in June 2018. Pepo also served as the Senior Vice President at Fall Line Capital from November 2013 to February 2018.

Before joining Fall Line Capital, Pepo was the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Agro Meridional, a private equity firm specializing in agribusiness development and execution. Pepo'sresponsibilities included evaluating and executing agriculture investment opportunities, managing a farmland development project, and overseeing agricultural production. Pepo worked at Agro Meridional from May 2007 to October 2013.

Earlier in their career, Pepo spent a brief period as the Crop Management Team Lead at BLS Agribusiness in 2007. Prior to that, they authored the book titled "Doma, de Potro a Caballo" (Horse Training, from Colt to Horse) from December 2005 to April 2007, which gained popularity in Latin America and Europe with over 3,000 units sold.

Pepo Peschiera's education history begins in 1997 when they attended Colegio Champagnat, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering - BE degree, between 1997 and 2001. Pepo then pursued further studies at the University of Buenos Aires, completing a degree in Agricultural Engineering from 2002 to 2006. In 2006, Pepo enrolled at Universidad Torcuato di Tella, where they pursued a Master in Finance and graduated in 2007. Continuing their education, in 2010, they briefly attended Harvard Business School, specializing in Strategic Negotiations.
