Marie Gilbert

Marie Gilbert has several years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Marie currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Farmer's Fridge, starting in February 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Manager Human Resources from February 2021 to March 2022. Marie also worked as a Manager Total Rewards from March 2020 to February 2021.

Before their time at Farmer's Fridge, Marie worked at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. as a Benefits Manager from March 2019 to March 2020. Prior to that, they were employed at Coyote Logistics where they held various positions including Sr Manager, HR Operations from February 2018 to March 2019, Benefits Manager from December 2015 to February 2018, Sr. HR Specialist from January 2015 to December 2015, and HR Specialist from April 2013 to January 2015.

Marie's early career in Human Resources began at Maryville Academy where they held the roles of Human Resources Benefits Specialist from October 2012 to April 2013, Human Resources Benefits Coordinator from March 2012 to October 2012, and Human Resources Intern from January 2012 to March 2012.

Before transitioning into Human Resources, Marie spent several years at TCF Bank as a Sales Associate from January 2004 to May 2012.

Marie Gilbert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University. Marie also earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the same university. Additionally, Marie has obtained certifications including the SHRM-CP from SHRM and the PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in the year 2015.
