Art Stutsman

Art Stutsman has over 27 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industries. Currently serving as a Territory Supervisor for the Auto Guaranteed Repair Program at Farmers Insurance Group since May 1996, Art leads a team of ten field consultants across fifteen states while managing over one thousand direct repair facilities. Previously, in the role of Territory Supervisor for Auto Field Operations, Art oversaw virtual claims representatives and consultants throughout Illinois, focusing on performance evaluation and customer service. Art's career at Farmers Insurance began as a Field Claims Representative, where claims across various lines were managed. Earlier experience includes serving as a Financial Services Representative at Regions Bank, where customer base expansion and service excellence were priorities. Art holds a BA in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
