Deborah Aldredge

Deborah Aldredge is the Chief Administrative Officer at Farmers Insurance. Deborah has held various senior human resources roles throughout their career, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Training at Merrill Lynch and Senior Vice President & Managing Director of Sales Performance & Development at Thomson Reuters. Deborah also served as President of Aldredge & Associates from 2001 to 2004. Deborah has been with Farmers Insurance since 2010.

Deborah Aldredge has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa in Political Science. Deborah also has certification from UCLA Anderson School of Executive Education in Director Education and Certification Program as well as Merrill Lynch in Formerly held Series 7, 63, 26 and Life Insurance licenses.
