Donghan Xu

Donghan Xu is an accomplished professional in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Lead Data & Analytics Leader and Director at Farmers Insurance since August 2022. Prior roles include Data Science Manager in R&D at Cover and Lead R&D Analyst at Progressive Insurance, where Donghan built a strong foundation in research and development analytics from April 2016 to January 2022.
