Erik Axtell

Erik Axtell, CLU®, FSCP®, is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in leadership and strategic growth. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Agency Advancement at Farmers Insurance since January 2018, Erik focuses on developing strategic plans for market share and sales growth across twelve states. Previously, Erik led the New Agent Training department, creating an innovative training curriculum nationally. Erik’s earlier career includes various leadership roles at State Farm, where significant achievements in revenue growth and agent development were accomplished. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from California Polytechnic State University and has earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP®) designations from The American College of Financial Services.
