Michelle (Mills) Dornfeld has over 25 years of progressive experience in product development, strategic planning, and business integration within the insurance and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at Toggle Insurance, a division of Farmers Insurance, Michelle has played a pivotal role in founding the company and driving growth through innovative product solutions and strategic partnerships. Previous roles at Farmers Insurance include leading strategic planning and execution, business integration, and directing the Enterprise Program Management Office. Prior to Farmers, Michelle held significant positions at Kaiser Permanente, where responsibilities included developing wellness product strategies, and at Ormco Corporation, where expertise in marketing communications and product management contributed to substantial annual revenues. Michelle holds a BA in Molecular and Cell Biology from Northwestern University.
