Partha Pramanik possesses extensive experience in distribution operations and strategic finance within the insurance sector. Currently serving as Head of Distribution Operations at Farmers Insurance since January 2025, Partha partners with leadership to deliver solutions aligned with strategic investments. Previously, as Senior Vice President at SmartFinancial, oversight of Direct-to-Consumer and Retail distribution businesses was provided, focusing on personalized customer experiences and operational efficiencies. Partha also held roles as Chief Financial Officer, Director of Direct Marketing, and Director of Online Marketing, among others, at various organizations including Answer Financial and 21st Century Insurance. An MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business complements educational background, which also includes a Bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago.
