Joseph Gerzina is the Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer, and Regional President West at Farmers National Bank. Joseph has been with the company since 2009 and has been responsible for the development and profitability of the new West Region (Stark County and Greater Cleveland) for Farmers National Bank. In their role as Chief Lending Officer, they define and implements growth strategies for all of Farmers' Commercial and Consumer Lending products and services. The Bank is Community based and has assets in excess of 1.1 $Billion and offers a full menu of financial services for small and middle market businesses along with Wealth Management services for individuals.

Prior to joining Farmers National Bank, Gerzina was with Key Bank for 20 years, where they eventually became the Senior VP Regional Manager for Key Private Bank. Joseph has also been a Managing Partner at WeatherVane Capital, where they were responsible for the development and profitability of the new West Region (Stark County and Greater Cleveland) for Farmers National Bank.

Joseph Gerzina earned a diploma from the Stonier School of Banking at the University of Delaware. Joseph then went on to earn a BS in Business Administration and Management, General from Capital University.

They work with Timothy Shaffer - Senior Vice President, Regional President East, Amber Wallace - Executive Vice President, Chief Retail/Marketing Officer, and Mark Wenick - Executive Vice President, Chief Wealth Management Officer. Joseph Gerzina reports to Kevin Helmick, President & CEO.
