Colton Lacina Afm

Colton Lacina, AFM, serves as the Assistant Vice President of Farm and Ranch Management at Farmers National Company, where responsibilities include leading initiatives, enhancing efficiencies, modernizing technologies and processes, and managing staff since January 2020. Prior to this role, Colton worked as the Farm and Ranch Operations Manager and Accredited Farm Manager at IOWA FAMILY FARMS LLC from February 2015 to January 2020, focusing on large row crop operations and serving as the lead for farm technology and agronomy. Earlier experience includes serving as an Agronomic Consultant at Sinclair Tractor, where expertise was applied in agronomic decision support using advanced technologies. Colton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Systems Technology from Iowa State University (2009-2013) and a high school diploma in Agricultural Engineering from Iowa Valley High School (2005-2009).
