Anthony Perez is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Farmers Restaurant Group since June 2017, Anthony previously held the position of Sous Chef at Farmers and Distillers from June 2017 to August 2018 and has also worked as a Sous Chef at STARR RESTAURANTS from July 2014 to August 2017. Earlier in their career, Anthony was Chef De Partie at The Cypress Room and Barton G, and started as an Intern at Martin Berasategui. Anthony holds an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, earned between 2009 and 2011.
