USA Internal Logistics Manager Warehouse & Unloading

Position Purpose

The Internal Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of warehouse and loading operations. This role ensures that the warehouse functions efficiently, inventory levels are maintained accurately, and all loading activities are executed in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Internal Logistics Manager will lead a team of warehouse staff, coordinate with other departments, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Works on site at our Reidsville, NC facility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the manufacturing or food industry.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP).
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for extended periods.
