Elena Sitaru

Elena Sitaru has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Elena served as the Chief Executive Officer at SMART AUDIT SOLUTIONS SRL from April 2009 onwards, where they provided full accountancy services and financial audit solutions to companies of all sizes. Elena also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Farmina starting in December 2022, Daimon Club starting in June 2020, ANTREPRIZA DE CONSTRUCTII CAI FERATE SA starting in January 2020, and Tecnicas De Desalinizacion De Aguas SA starting in April 2010. Prior to these roles, they were the Chief Financial Officer at ASOCIATIA CHILDREN'S HIGH LEVEL GROUP from January 2006, and the General Manager at ROEXPERT SRL from January 2000 to March 2009.

Elena Sitaru began their education at The Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, Faculty of International Economic Relations, where they pursued a degree in Economics from 1993 to 1998. Elena then attended CECCAR-THE BODY OF EXPERT END LICENSED ACCOUNTANTS OF ROMANIA from 1999 to 2001 to become a Chartered Accountant. Following this, they studied at the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania from 2003 to 2006 to obtain a degree in Financial Audit. In 2011, Elena enrolled in The Ministry of Labour, the Family and Social Protection in Romania to specialize as a Payroll Specialist and Human Resources Inspector. Additionally, they became an Insolvency Practitioner through their studies at the National Union of Romanian Insolvency Practitioners, starting in 2006 and continuing to the present.
