Kate Sedano

Kate Sedano is the Head of People at FarmWise. Kate previously served as a Senior Quantitative Analyst at CEB from May 2014 to August 2015. Prior to that, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland from August 2013 to January 2014. Sedano also worked as Human Resources at Taylor Farms from September 2015 to June 2021 and from February 2012 to July 2013. In addition, they interned as a People & Change Advisory at PwC in June 2011 and August 2011. Sedano holds a degree from Arizona State University, where they were a Graduate Research Assistant from August 2010 to May 2012.

Kate Sedano received their AB in Sociology from Duke University and their MS in Psychology with a research emphasis in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Arizona State University. Kate also attended Santa Catalina School.

Kate Sedano reports to Sébastien Boyer, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Michaël Javault - Chief Architect, Daniel A. Kirstein - VP, Finance & Operations, and Pauline Canteneur - Head of Business Development & Partnerships.
