Thomas Palomares is the Co-Founder and CTO of FarmWise. Thomas has been with the company for 5 years and 11 months, and is responsible for the development and implementation of the company's technology strategy. Prior to joining FarmWise, Thomas worked as a Research Assistant at Stanford University, where they helped extract mentions of genes, diseases, and phenotypes from the literature and improve DeepDive, a trained data system for automatic knowledge-base construction. Thomas also interned at TrueCar, Inc. as a Data Scientist, where they created models predicting a user's likelihood to purchase a car based on demographics and lead information. In addition to their work in the private sector, Thomas has also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Stanford University, where they directed office hours and graded for the class CS205A: Mathematical Methods for Robotics, Vision, and Graphics. Thomas has also interned at IBM and TÜV Rheinland AG, and completed a military internship with the French Army.

Thomas Palomares graduated from Stanford University with a Master of Science in Management Science & Engineering in 2016. Thomas also attended École Polytechnique, where they studied Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from 2011 to 2015. At École Polytechnique, they were the President of Point Gamma 2013 and an organizer of start up cafés.

Thomas Palomares is the co-founder and CTO of a small team.
