Rebecca Young is a Senior Project Director at Farmworker Justice, where responsibilities include leading a multi-site community mobilization demonstration project aimed at promoting community integration and addressing health concerns among farmworkers and their families. Previously, as the Assistant Project Director for Health Promotion, Rebecca managed a flagship project connecting rural Latino families to health insurance and resources. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager for Health & Safety Programs at the Association of Farmworker Opportunity Programs, where Rebecca coordinated training for pesticide safety education.
