Steve Haviland FCIHT MAPM is an experienced construction and project management professional currently serving as Framework Lead and Project Director for Griffiths Farrans JV on the National Highways RIP programme since June 2021. Previously held roles include Contract Manager at Farrans Construction, Senior Project Manager at COLAS, and Project Manager at Morgan Sindall (Construction & Infrastructure). Steve has a robust background in managing large infrastructure projects, having worked with major firms such as Birse Civils Ltd, Balfour Beatty Major Projects, and Scott Wilson SA. Educational qualifications include a BCompt in Accountancy Science from the University of South Africa and a HND in Civil Engineering from Durban University of Technology, among other project management credentials. Steve’s extensive experience is complemented by military service in the South African National Defence Force.
