Peter L. Curry

Peter L. Curry is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and economic development. Serving as a Board Member at the Real Estate Institute at Stony Brook University since October 2017, Peter also holds the position of Real Estate and Economic Development Partner at Farrell Fritz, P.C. since May 1998, focusing on various aspects of commercial real estate including financing, leasing, and property sales. Previously, Peter led the Real Estate Practice Group at Rivkin Radler LLP, managing significant national leasing programs and representing public companies in high-value transactions. Peter began the career as an Associate at Chu, Chung & Chiu, gaining experience in real estate, litigation, and immigration law. Academically, Peter holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law, an MA in History from the University of Virginia, and a BA in History and Philosophy from Fordham University.
