Stefanie Haglund Shrm-Cp, Phr, Msm (Bell she/her/hers)

Stefanie Haglund, SHRM-CP, PHR, and MSM, currently serves as HR Leader at UNFI since February 2023, where responsibilities include executing HR strategies for a dual union facility with over 900 employees. Stefanie has diverse experience in human resources, including a previous role as Director of Human Resources at Kids In Need Foundation and HR Consultant positions at Gopher Resource and Packard Culligan Water. Additionally, Stefanie has contributed to academia as Community Teaching Faculty at Hamline University and maintains part-time roles as a certified fitness instructor and lead bartender. Stefanie holds a Master's degree in Management with an HR emphasis from Cardinal Stritch University, a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and an HR Generalist Certificate from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
