Zahra Zafarani

Zahra Zafarani has extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, and service delivery, currently serving as the Director of Service Delivery at Farsight Consulting Ltd since November 2013. Prior roles at Farsight include Principal Consultant overseeing Culture, Well-Being, and Quality, as well as Head of People. Zahra's earlier experience at Cancer Research UK involved serving as Learning and Development Manager, where responsibilities included leading talent management and implementing company-wide strategies. Additional positions at Cancer Research UK encompassed Learning and Development Advisor, Executive, Team Coordinator, and Intern, focusing on the design and delivery of management development programs. Prior to CRUK, Zahra held roles as an Analyst at Robertson Cooper and Assessment Centre Administrator at Macquarie Bank. Zahra holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a BSc in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London.
