Catie McDonald

Catie McDonald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and financial well-being initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at FarWell since May 2023, Catie previously held significant roles at the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) from November 2017 to February 2023, including Business Owner for Financial Well-being for All and Senior Director of Strategy Enablement, where Catie was instrumental in aligning organizational culture and strategy. Prior to CUNA, Catie was with CUNA Mutual Group for a decade, leading various strategic and project management initiatives, including the creation of the annual Business Planning Process, while also managing business development efforts and high-profile events. Catie holds a Master's degree in History from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor's degree in History and American Studies from The University of Alabama.
