Filip Tamsin

Filip Tamsin is an experienced project manager with a strong background in HR technology and software development. Currently serving as the Project Manager for IT and HR at FARYS since April 2022, Filip leads projects on SAP payroll engines and the implementation of new social legislation. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and Senior Project Manager at USG Professionals Belgium and Honda Motor Europe Ltd, focusing on the transition to SaaS solutions in HR and fleet management. From December 2008 to April 2021, Filip held various positions at Attentia, including Product Delivery Manager and Product Manager, where responsibilities encompassed agile software development for payroll and strategic product development for the social secretariat. Early career experience includes an HRIS Project Manager role at Securex and various project management and application consulting positions at Attentia. Filip holds a Master's degree in Psychology from KU Leuven and a Postgraduate Degree in Media and Information Technology from Vlerick Business School.
