Ismail Alsharif

Ismail Alsharif is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Member of the Management Board at Farzana and holding multiple founder roles, including COO at AROUND THE BLOCK RESTAURANT LLC, and founder of establishments such as Tōri, Room 1618, and Fat Uncle. As CEO of Moylo's, a gourmet burger restaurant with multiple locations and food trucks, Ismail has successfully built a robust brand in Dubai. Prior to these ventures, Ismail gained significant project management experience at the Dubai Future Foundation and the UAE Prime Minister's Office, alongside a background in trade finance at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi. Ismail holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and International Management from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor's degree in finance from the University of San Diego.
