Felipe Bastos

Felipe Bastos serves as the Head of Insurance and Reinsurance and Head of Arbitration at FAS Advogados since March 2023. Prior to this role, Felipe was an Equity Partner and Head of Disputes Resolution and Insurance at Veirano Advogados from April 2017 to March 2023, and the Founding Partner at PBVS Advogados from June 2015 to April 2017. Felipe's extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, insurance law, and international business transactions includes a tenure as an Equity Partner in the Dispute Resolution Department at Veirano Advogados from May 2000 to June 2015. An accomplished legal professional, Felipe holds an LL.M. with academic honors from the University of Virginia School of Law and has pursued various specialized degrees including a Marine Insurance Certificate and an MBA in Insurance Law.
