Vinicius began their career as a financial planning manager for BRF, one of the largest food companies in Brazil. Vinicius then spent five years as a portfolio manager for Gov. Gestao Investimentos, where they managed investments for the Brazilian government. In 2014, they became head of finance, FP&A, and treasury for Agibank. Vinicius left Agibank in 2019 to pursue an MSc in leadership and strategy at the London Business School. Vinicius is currently a portfolio manager and fintech expert at Fasanara Capital.
